Together, we have developed a much smoother loan process taking you from application to closing in as little as 15 days.
Not long ago, I was a self-employed individual seeking a mortgage loan. I remember well the challenges I faced and the lack of understanding I had about the lending process. Those challenges eventually resulted in my transition into the mortgage industry. I understand the uncertainty, fears, and frustrations you may be facing as a homebuyer. Ultimately, my personal experiences as a borrower enable me to be a more prepared and qualified mortgage loan advisor.

Starting with an in-depth conversation allows us to get a better understanding of your specific needs. By Making this connection we'll be able to tailor your experience so that it's just right for you.
Application
Through your application, we are able to learn even more about your specific circumstances. This helps us to keep things moving with your loan process. We will even be able to give you a better idea of what you're able to spend on your new home.
Documentation
We’ll need your help on this part. Certain documents are critical to have in order to keep your home loan moving. Please provide these as quickly as possible when the request comes through to avoid delays. If you’re unsure about a request, your Loan Officer comes in handy and can help guide you through.
Pre-Approval or "Fast Pass" Approval
We have two great options for Underwriting. We can approve you for a loan prior to even getting a contract on a home which is our “Fast Pass”. That will allow you to show an “Approval Letter” to the Sellers instead of just a “PreApproval Letter". That option gives you a much better chance to win an offer and means we just need an Appraisal and Title work.
Option 2 - UpFront Underwriting, where we take your documents/loan application and get your loan into underwriting within 24 hours on average and issue an approval on the loan. This option is needed if you apply and get a contract to purchase a home within the same day of us issuing you the PreApproval Letter. Most mortgage companies do not submit your loan to Underwriting until 2 to 3 weeks into the process, so you really don’t know till then if your loan is truly approved. We take the guesswork out of it.
Inspection and Appraisal
These are key components of buying a home, as well as financing one. We'll work hard to get these items scheduled and rolling as soon as possible.
Processing
Your NEXA Processor is part of the team that will get you to closing on time. They'll work closely with you and your Loan Officer to ensure everything needed for approval has been collected and you are prepared for closing!
Final Approval Issued
All final conditions are cleared by the underwriter that you have sent in or uploaded. Then the Final Stamp of Approval is done and you are ready for Closing
Closing
Each step before this is taken so that you're completely prepared for your closing. We'll work with the Closing Attorney to let you know the exact amount you can expect to bring, as well as where to go and when. Once all the paperwork is signed, you'll walk away from the closing a happy homeowner!
